Wearing the ring consistently and correctly is the key to getting accurate data. Here's what you need to know:
Wear the ring on your non-dominant hand (usually the left for right-handed users).
For best performance, choose your index, middle, or ring finger.
The fit should be snug and secure, without being tight. It shouldn’t spin or feel loose, but it also shouldn’t squeeze or leave a mark.
Avoid fingers with large knuckles, which can cause poor sensor contact.
Make a fist—there should be no visible gaps between the ring and your skin at rest.
We recommend trying a few different fingers and wearing the sizing ring for at least 24 hours before confirming your final size. A proper fit improves accuracy and keeps the ring comfortable day and night.
Once your fit feels dialed in, wear it for at least 20 hours a day to maintain data consistency.
Yes, the ring is water-resistant up to 100 meters. You can wear it through hand washing, showers, and even swimming. Just avoid saunas or hot tubs above 120°F to protect the sensors.
