You’re ready to move—and now, your AlterMe app is too.
Your first DNA-powered workout isn’t just another sweat session. It’s movement tailored to your body, your data, and your goals. No guesswork. No generic templates. Just science-backed training built to meet you exactly where you are.
This is your first look at how AlterMe combines genetics, biometrics, and daily readiness to create a plan that makes progress feel doable—even on day one.
Here’s what to know so you can step in with clarity and confidence.
Before you even laced up your shoes, AlterMe used your DNA to understand how your body responds to strength, cardio, recovery, and stress. That insight—combined with real-time biometrics like heart rate variability (HRV), sleep quality, and recovery trends—forms the foundation of your personalized daily workout.
Let’s say your genetics show a strong response to cardio-based fat loss, but your body hasn’t fully recovered from the day before. Your app will likely guide you toward a lower-intensity workout—maybe zone 2 walking or mobility. But if your DNA indicates that strength training drives the best change and your metrics are strong? Expect a challenge.
That’s the AlterMe approach: training smart, not just hard.
When you open the AlterMe app, the Today tab will be the starting point. From there:
Select one of the recommended “Workouts” or “Recovery Session” options listed
Alternatively, you can explore more options under the “Sessions” tab if you prefer to make your own selection.
Your session will load based on your readiness score, biometric trends, and genetic blueprint. It updates daily—so each workout reflects today’s version of you.
There’s no calendar to memorize. No need to second-guess. Just open the app and follow the lead.
AlterMe workouts are built around bodyweight and strength bands. If you have dumbbells, you’ll see optional prompts to use them for added resistance—but they’re never required.
If you’re at home, on the road, or returning to movement after time away, your program adapts. The gear is simple. The science behind it is not.
Just start where you are—with what you have—and build from there.
Each workout is clearly guided and personalized to your daily data. When you begin your session, you’ll experience calm, clear coaching—never rushed or overwhelming.
Here’s the general flow:
A targeted warm-up to prep your muscles and nervous system
A strength or cardio-focused main set determined by your genetic profile and biometric readiness
A cooldown or breathwork-driven recovery segment to regulate your system and promote adaptation
The pacing is deliberate. Every movement has purpose. And your workout is auto-logged in the app—keeping your progress current without requiring manual input.
You don’t have to go all out to make progress.
The biggest win is simply showing up.
The DNA, the biometrics, the coaching—all of it is designed to work with you. Some days you’ll push. Some days you’ll recover. That rhythm isn’t a flaw—it’s your body asking for balance, and your program listening in real time.
There’s no trophy for pushing through every workout. But there is a transformation that happens when you consistently align your training with how your body actually feels.
Your first workout is the start of that alignment.
