Where to Find Your Workout

When you open the AlterMe app, the Today tab will be the starting point. From there:

  • Select one of the recommended “Workouts” or “Recovery Session” options listed

  • Alternatively, you can explore more options under the “Sessions” tab if you prefer to make your own selection.

Your session will load based on your readiness score, biometric trends, and genetic blueprint. It updates daily—so each workout reflects today’s version of you.

There’s no calendar to memorize. No need to second-guess. Just open the app and follow the lead.

What You’ll Need (And What You Can Use)

AlterMe workouts are built around bodyweight and strength bands. If you have dumbbells, you’ll see optional prompts to use them for added resistance—but they’re never required.

What to Expect During the Workout
